Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with CeCe Gemz. We take pride in offering high-quality handmade and curated jewelry and accessories. Because we are a small business and due to the nature of our products, we have structured this Return & Refund Policy to protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, chargeback scams, or abuse.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene standards and the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

This policy helps us maintain product integrity and minimize fraudulent return attempts.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

To qualify, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
     
  2. Provide the following documentation:
     
    • Clear photos or video of the damaged/incorrect item
       
    • Photo of the packaging (including any damage)
       
    • Screenshot of your order confirmation or order number
       

Once verified, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or
     
  • Store credit (if the item is out of stock)
     

We do not issue refunds for damaged or incorrect items unless a replacement is unavailable.


3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided, CeCe Gemz is no longer responsible for the package.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
     
  • Verify your shipping address
     
  • Contact the carrier directly
     

We may assist with filing a claim, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered.

This policy helps prevent false “item not received” claims.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase only if the order has not begun processing.

Due to quick turnaround times, most orders begin processing immediately.

Once processing starts, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


5. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect our business, we strictly monitor and investigate all chargeback claims.

By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • Filing false chargebacks or claims of “item not received” when tracking shows delivery will result in a dispute being filed with evidence, including:
     
    • Order logs
       
    • IP address records
       
    • Shipment tracking
       
    • Customer communication
       
  • Suspicious or high-risk transactions may be:
     
    • Flagged for additional verification
       
    • Delayed for fraud review
       
    • Canceled at our discretion
       

We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts involved in fraudulent behavior.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers
     
  • Forwarding issues
     
  • Returned packages due to address errors
     

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may pay for reshipment.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom pieces
     
  • Sale or clearance items
     
  • Gift cards
     
  • Festival accessories that come in contact with skin or hair

For accepted replacement or store credit requests:

  • Allow 3–5 business days for verification and processing
     
  • Replacement shipping times may vary
